In Nobody Wants to Die, every action is documented, from words spoken to moments of silence. However, these do not affect the gameplay; they only serve to define James Karra, the protagonist, who emerges after various encounters.

There are four such instances where your choice counts: the Icarus Bar, the Red Room, the Old Museum, and Jane Salma's interaction. A specific decision needs to be made in these pivotal places, and the endings in Nobody Wants to Die you’ll get are all determined by these.

The following are all available endings in the title:

Ending #1

In this conclusion, Sara is left highly displeased, as her body is left in quite disarray. Salma loses her life, Sara's body is decimated, and James too meets his end. Here are the choices:

  • Icarus Bar: Do not shoot
  • Red Room: Do not close the door
  • Old Museum: Choose the option - The murderer is behind it all
  • Jane Salma: Shoot

Ending #2

This time, the murderer takes the life of James, while Jane Salma walks away without any harm. James fails to safeguard Sara's body as well. Here are the choices:

  • Icarus Bar: Do not shoot
  • Red Room: Do not close the door
  • Old Museum: Choose the option - The murderer is behind it all
  • Jane Salma: Do not shoot

Ending #3

This particular one is the worst of all endings in Nobody Wants to Die, as James chooses to heed the words of the murderer and ends up killing Salma, an act that ultimately leads to his death. Here are the choices:

  • Icarus Bar: Shoot
  • Red Room: Close the door
  • Old Museum: Choose the option - Green is behind it all
  • Jane Salma: Shoot

Ending #4

This one is the best out of all the endings in Nobody Wants to Die. James removes the bullets from his gun after hearing Salma's words; he chooses to trust her instead of the murderer. Sare would be kept safe as well. Afterward, James encounters Rachel once more, and he manages to fend off the murderer by propelling himself towards a building and falling from it. Here are the choices:

  • Icarus Bar: Shoot
  • Red Room: Close the door
  • Old Museum: Choose the option - Green is behind it all
  • Jane Salma: Throw away the gun
