All Fusion characters in Wuthering Waves

Fusion in Wuthering Waves is a primary attribute used by Resonators in battles to deal damage to enemies. There are currently only four characters in the game with the Fusion element. Moreover, Changlie, an upcoming 5-star character, will have it too. Interestingly, this attribute also has the highest number of Resonators, along with Aero.

Wuthering Waves: All Fusion characters list

1) Chixia

Chixia is good for early content (Image via Kuro Games)

Chixia is one of the characters that players meet early in the game while playing the main storyline and accompanies them for a while. She is a cheerful junior patroller in Jinzhou. Chixia is a decent damage dealer that works in both main DPS and sub-DPS roles. She can be obtained for free while playing the game and is a good option to build for early game content.

2) Encore

Encore is a 5-star Resonator with the Fusion attribute. She is one of the few characters from the New Federation and is a member of the mysterious organization called the Black Shores. There isn't much to say about her. Encore is an amazing on-field damage dealer and is pretty easy to use. Players can obtain her from the Novice, Beginner's Choice, and the standard banners.

3) Mortefi

Mortefi is one of the best 4-star units (Image via Kuro Games)

Mortefi is another Resonator from the New Federation. However, he works at the Huaxu Academy in Jinzhou as the head of the Branch of Tacetite Weaponry. Mortefi is a 4-star Resonator that uses Pistols. He is one of the sub-DPS units in the game, providing a decent amount of off-field damage.

Additionally, Mortefi buffs the Heavy Attack DMG of the next character to enter the field from his Outro Skill, making him extremely valuable for units like Jiyan.

4) Changli (upcoming)

Changli is an upcoming 5-star Resonator that uses a Sword in Wuthering Waves. She is the mentor and counselor of Jinhsi, the Magistrate of Jinzhou. At the time of writing, she is not a playable unit, so the developers haven't revealed her kit. Luckily, beta leaks suggest Changli is likely to be an amazing Fusion DPS unit.
