All Genshin Impact 4.8 events and rewards

Five events will be featured in the upcoming Genshin Impact 4.8 update. The headliner of this patch will be the summer-themed event featuring a brand new limited-time area called Simulanka. The other four will reward players with plenty of Primogems, Mora, and other important materials.

Summertide Scales and Tales

Summertide Scales and Tides is the Flagship Event of the Genshin Impact 4.8 update. It will start after the 4.8 update goes live and will end once Version 4.8 comes to a close. It features Navia, Nilou, Wanderer, and Kirara as characters that will join you in your journey through the limited-time area called Simulanka. Players will be able to play a variety of mini-games such as:

• Flying Hatter's Trick
• Boreal Flurry
• Metropole Trials
• Figurine Fabrication

Given the event's flagship status, players can expect to obtain a Crown of Insight. Additionally, players can receive a free copy of Kirara, and a new skin for her as rewards if they participate in and progress through the event.

Bing-Bang Finchball

Bing-Bang Finchball will be making its return in Version 4.8. This event was previously featured in the Genshin Impact 3.8 update which was also a summer-themed event. In this version, you will have to meet Basima the Fifth at Romaritime Harbor to start the event.

There are a couple of fun, new changes added to Bing-Bang Finchball this time around. Players will need to knock Rival Finchballs away and strategize well to secure points. The 4.8 edition will also feature a co-op mode with the player having the most points after four rounds winning the match.

Players can get Primogems, Hero's Wit, Mora, Enhancement Ores, and more in this event.

Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens is another event that will return in Version 4.8. This event will arrive on July 29, 2024 at 10 AM (UTC+8) and conclude on August 8, 2024 at 3:59 AM (UTC+8). The first edition of this event was released in Version 2.6 while the second edition was released in 3.2. Players have to help Asagiri again after more than a year to click photographs of various locations in Fontaine.

They can obtain Sanctifying Unctions, Primogems, Mora, Talent Books, and Character EXP by completing tasks in the event.

Energy Amplifier: Lemma

Energy Amplifier is also set to make its comeback in Version 4.8. Hosseini's research continues in Fontaine after the events of Mondstadt and Liyue in the 1.5 and 2.3 versions respectively. Similar to the previous Energy Amplifier events, players will need to use characters and defeat enemies in trials while unlocking special buffs.

This event rewards players with Primogems, Hero's Wits, Fontaine Weapon Ascension Material, Mora, and Enhancement Ore.

Overflowing Mastery

The Overflowing Mastery event will be available for players in Version 4.8. They can participate in the event by completing Talent Level-up Material domains and using Original Resin to claim double the rewards without the need for using Condensed Resin.
