What are the shadow buffs that were implemented along with the Apex Legends Season 21 mid-season patch?

Three shadow buffs made their way into the live game server with the Apex Legends Season 21 mid-season patch. They were granted to Vantage, Wattson, and Ash since their pick rate was rather low during the first Split of Season 21. These hidden buffs can be considered as QoL (Quality of Life) changes, given how the abilities can be used in various situations.

Vantage is one of the three Legends to receive the shadow buffs. This hidden buff allows her Echo (Tactical ability) to move faster around the map. The speed of Vantage’s Echo was boosted from 800 to a whopping 1200. This buff allows the former to move across the map quickly and relocate. Additionally, when you are in a fight and are getting pitched from multiple angles, you can quickly move Echo toward your desired direction and run away to safety.

Ash’s buff is quite interesting and unnoticeable since it is tied to her ultimate ability, Phase Breach. After the release of the Apex Legends Season 21 mid-season patch, Ash’s ultimate can now reach a maximum distance of 75 meters instead of 65 meters. The additional 10 meters can prove useful in many situations where Ash couldn’t utilize it before due to the shorter range.

Lastly, Wattson’s shadow buff is the most eye-catching one. The developers have doubled her passive ability regeneration speed. It now takes 25 seconds to regenerate a full EVO shield bar instead of 50 seconds. Despite this significant buff, you must stay away from gunfights for 6 seconds to start the regeneration caused by the passive, Spark of Genius.

This is all players need to know about all the hidden buffs introduced with the Apex Legends Season 21 mid-season patch.
