Where to find the Lovepurr Chronicles books in Cat Quest 3

To complete the Lovepurr Chronicles quest in Cat Quest 3, you need to track down three books hidden across the Lovepurr Island area and solve Castle’s puzzle to receive the Clawford armor set.

1) Lovepurr Island Book one location

The first book is the easiest to find as it is hidden in a cave behind Lovepurr Castle. Enter the cave and navigate through waterlogged areas.

There will be two narrow passages you need to pass through to find the first book sitting at the end of the dungeon. Flip the switch near the book to open a shortcut back to the entrance.

2) Lovepurr Island Book two location

To find the second book, head to Furrlorn Cave on the west side of Purvanna Plains. When near the location, you will spot a trail of pages that will lead you inside a cave.

Furrlorn Cave is a large circular cavern that you should navigate in a clockwise manner. Avoid the spikes and make your way to the end to find the second key.

3) Lovepurr Island Book three location

The last book required to complete the Lovepurr Chronicles quest in Cat Quest 3 can be obtained in the Heartpurreak Cave. The cave is located on the Twilight Isles to the western side of Infinity Tower.

This cave presents the toughest challenge, as you will find massive spikes the deeper you go. Steer clear of the spikes and make your way to the lower-right corner of the cave to locate the third book.

How to complete the Lovepurr Chronicles quest in Cat Quest 3

After obtaining the three books, return to Lovepurr Castle and place them inside. Then, interact with each book to enter a dungeon that you must progress by solving certain challenges.

In the first dungeon, you must prove your bravery to Priscilla by fighting Pi-Rats. The second dungeon requires you to make crucial decisions regarding a strategy to defend Priscilla. The final dungeon features a battle with Clawford; defeating him is necessary to free his broken soul. Clawford only uses two attacks. Dodge his attacks and use ranged spells to deal damage.

Defeating Clawford will reward you with a Heartbreaker shield, Clawford’s Hat, and Clawford’s Vest.
