Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree introduces 14 new NPCs with unique questlines across the various regions of the DLC. Completing their quests rewards you with numerous powerful items, including armor sets, weapons, talismans, Spirit Ashes, and more. However, two major events in the main storyline significantly impact the NPCs, permanently locking you out of most of their questlines. Therefore, it is recommended to find all of them before progressing too far in the main story.

Here are the locations of all the new NPCs in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree:

• Redmane Freyja: Three-Path Cross site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Hornsent: Three-Path Cross site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Ansbach: Main Gate Cross site of Grace outside of Belurat, Tower Settlement in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Moore: Main Gate Cross site of Grace in front of Belurat, Tower Settlement in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Fire Knight Queelign: Invasion in the large courtyard, northeast of the Small Private Altar site of Grace inside Belurat, Tower Settlement in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Hornsent Grandam: In the Storeroom near the Small Private Altar site of Grace inside Belurat, Tower Settlement in the Gravesite Plain region. The Hornsent Grandam questline is only accessible after you acquire the Storeroom Key.
• Thiollier: Pillar Path Cross site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Igon: Pillar Path Waypoint site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain region.
• Needle Knight Leda: Highroad Cross site of Grace, north of Castle Ensis in the Scadu Atlus region. This region is only accessible after you defeat the main boss of Castle Ensis.
• Dryleaf Dane: Moorth Ruins site of Grace in the Scadu Atlus region.
• Count Ymir: Cathedral of Manus Metyr site of Grace in the Scadu Atlus region. This region is accessible from the Bonny Village site of Grace.
• Swordhand of Night, Jolan: Cathedral of Manus Metyr site of Grace in the Scadu Atlus region.
• The Dragon Communion Priestess: Grand Altar of Dragon Communion site of Grace in the Jagged Peak region.
• St. Trina: Garden of Deep Purple site of Grace in the Stone Coffin Fissure region. This area is only accessible after the Great Rune is broken (triggered by going near the Shadow Keep) and you defeat the main boss of the Stone Coffin Fissure.
