Here is a list of all the factions in Star Wars Outlaws:
1) Hutt Cartel
Most Star Wars players and fans will already be familiar with the Hutt Cartel since it is a major player in the entire franchise, including the movies and TV series. Being a game focused primarily on the criminal and outlaw side of Star Wars, there is no way that Hutts will not be a canon group.
Operating primarily from Tatooine, this Star Wars Outlaws faction is led by the notorious Jabba the Hutt. Abiding by the original lore, this faction is ruthless in their actions, which ultimately serve their selfish interests.
Star Wars Outlaws is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, which means you can see Han Solo's carbonite-frozen slab when visiting Jabba's Palace, as shown in an earlier trailer for the game as well.

2) Pyke Syndicate
The Pyke Syndicate is a criminal Star Wars Outlaws faction led by Gorak and plays a major role in this title. This group has already played many roles over the years in titles like The Clone Wars, Solo, The Book of Boba Fett, and more. Being the galaxy's most renowned dealer in Spice, Kay is bound to have major altercations with this faction sooner or later.
The Pyke Syndicate has set its headquarters on the Toshara Moon, where canyons and deserts make up most of its surface. This is a brand new area that developers Massive Entertainment have made together with Lucas Film Games.

3) Crimson Dawn Syndicate
Crimson Dawn Syndicate was first introduced in Solo: A Star Wars Story, but it was just in its rudimentary stages during the events of that movie. However, during the events of this game, Crimson Dawn Syndicate is already a well-known Star Wars Outlaws faction that has established itself as one of the biggest criminal organizations to exist.
Unlike the Hutt or Pyke syndicates, who prefer a more localized approach, the Crimson Dawn is much more spread out and has members scattered throughout the cosmos. This group is headed by none other than Kiara, who was also seen in Solo. Although the role was portrayed by Emilia Clarke in the movie, Kiara is played by a different actress in Star Wars Outlaws.

4) Ashiga Clan
Unlike the other three, fans of the Star Wars franchise are unlikely to recognize this group right off the bat. The Ashiga Clan is an entirely new faction that has been created from scratch for Star Wars Outlaws. This organization is a hivemind of melitto, an alien insectoid species that we first saw in The Force Awakens.
The Ashiga Clan follows a hierarchy within themselves, meaning they have a Queen, who is called Queen Ashiga in the game. The Ashiga Clan operates out of Kijimi, which is a cold terrain filled with mountains. Although much about this Star Wars Outlaws faction is shrouded in mystery, their primary forte seems to be smuggling, sabotage, and extortion.

5) Zerek Besh
The final Star Wars Outlaws faction is Zerek Besh, a name that ardent Star Wars comic book readers will recognize. It made its first appearance in the Hidden Empires 1 comic book, albeit only as a hologram. The faction has been created anew for this game, and it is headed by a filthy rich character named Sliro.
Sliro and the Zerek Besh serve as the primary antagonists of Star Wars Outlaws, and Kay's ultimate goal is to pull off a heist against Sliro in hopes of being freed from his crosshair for good. Their base is on Canto Bight, which we have seen in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and also happens to be the homeworld of Kay Vess.
