Deadlock has received an interesting twist regarding Holiday skins that can be unlocked by fans. While there is no direct confirmation about the tasks that you would need to complete to unlock these newfound cosmetics, the community has managed to compile a list of different challenges for almost all of the heroes in the roster. This impressive undertaking showcases the bond shared by the playerbase of Valve’s latest strategy hero-shooter title.
Deadlock is still in early development as per Steam, and will receive a full release later. However, the game is available for a limited number of players in a playtest environment. Since the title is still being developed, it isn't currently known if the Holiday skins will remain in the game or be removed later.
This article will highlight all the tasks that you can complete to get the Deadlock Holiday skins.

What are the tasks in Deadlock to unlock Holiday skins?
Here is a list of all the tasks that you can choose to complete and secure Holiday skins:
- Abrams: Kill 5 enemies with melee last hits.
- Bebop: Reach 100 Bomb Stacks.
- Dynamo: Hit three people with Singularity.
- Infernus: Use Ultimate on 3 people at once.
- Ivy: Bomb 2 people with Ultimate.
- Geist: Swap HP with a low health target.
- McGinnis: Destroy Patron.
- Mo and Krill: Stack 700 Health Points on Ultimate.
- Seven: Kill someone with Thunderbolt in Ultimate.
- Shiv: 3 Kills with Ultimate.
- Viscous: Goo-ball 3 enemy heroes in 1 Ultimate.
- Warden: Kill 3 enemies with Binding Word.
- Wraith: Hit 6 cards in 10 seconds.
- Yamato: Get 3 Kills while in Ultimate.
- Haze: Get a 7-Kill Streak.
- Mirage: Kill an enemy by activating 12 stacks of Djinn's Mark.
- Lash: Hit 5 people with the Ultimate.
- Grey Talon: Get more than 1000 damage on an enemy with a single Charged Shot.
- Pocket: Hit multiple enemies with Affliction.
- Vindicta: Assassinate 2 enemies in a row while in flight.

These are the confirmed tasks that you can perform in the game and collect the Holiday skins. However, there are two more challenges that are not confirmed at the time of writing this article. The first is for Kelvin, where you would need to cast your Ultimate and affect multiple allies and enemies at once. The second is for Paradox, where you would have to use the ability combo for all skills for a total of three times.

Once you have secured a Holiday skin for a hero, they will be marked with a small Red Hat in the Heroes tab. This can be used to keep track of the challenges that you have already completed in Valve's in-development title, so you can move on to the next characters.
