You can collect Torn Pages in Wuthering Waves in the Central Plains, Port City of Guixu, Desorock Highland, and Gorges of Spirits. After collecting all Torn Pages from a particular region, you can hand them over to the Storyteller in Jinzhou found near the theater for valuable rewards and completed notes with important lore.

Central Plains

Torn Pages #1

Teleport to the Taoyuan Vale resonance beacon and head inside the village. You can find the Torn Pages on a crate behind a house.

Torn Pages #2

Go to the small settlement by the shore below the Tiderise Cliff to find some Torn Pages.

Torn Pages #3

Go to the Pioneer's Association and head out to the camp in the Loong's Gaze Suburbs to find the Torn Pages on top of a watch tower.

Torn Pages #4

Go to the village in the Yeming Slide area to collect Torn Pages on top of a pile of wooden boxes.

Teleport to the Stone Pile Plain resonance beacon and head towards the statue of the Sentinel Jue. You can find the Torn Pages on an elevated platform.

Torn Pages #2

Teleport to the Gorges of Spirits resonance nexus and head inside the camp. Climb the watch tower on the left to collect the Torn Pages.

Go inside the warehouse directly below the watch tower on the left side to find the Torn Pages on a crate.

Torn Pages #4

Leave the camp through the exit which leads to the Memento Square. Take a right to spot a watch tower. Climb it to obtain the final Torn Pages in the Gorges of Spirits

Go inside the Donglu Research Station and claim the Torn Pages scattered on a sofa on the right side of the room.

Teleport to the resonance beacon below the Sea of Flames' entrance and head inside the building to spot the Torn Pages.

Once again, return to the Storyteller and hand over the Torn Pages to obtain the following rewards:

Go forward from the Rearguard Base resonance beacon till you spot a stack of tires with Torn Pages hidden in them.

Go forward from the Desorock Highland resonance nexus to find Torn Pages on top of a box surrounded by more boxes and cylinders.

Teleport to the Norfall Pass resonance beacon and head up to the Midnight Rangers outpost to find the Torn Pages on the table where you can find an NPC named Husheng.

Meet the Storyteller again to hand over the Torn Pages you have found in the Desorock Highland to obtain the following rewards:

Much like Torn Pages, you can hand over Data Chips to the Storyteller by finding them in the regions of Dim Forest, Whining Aix's Mire, Tiger's Maw, and Norfall Barrens. In return, you get rewards and additional lore about the regions.

Dim Forest

Data Chip #1

Teleport the Thorny Passage resonance beacon. Go down to your right till you find a small camp with a Data Chip on top of a crate.

Data Chip #2

Teleport to the resonance beacon on the southern side of Thorny Passage and head up to find an Exile Camp. Enter the bunker to find a Data Chip in a large box.

Data Chip #3

Teleport to the Settle Range resonance beacon and head up to collect a Data Chip on a rusty chair.

Data Chip #4

Teleport to the Forgery Challenge: Misty Forest and climb up the hill to find Fractsidus members fighting Exiles. You can find the Data Chip on top of a box in the camp.

You can submit the four Data Chips to the Storyteller to claim the rewards listed below:

Norfall Barrens

Data Chip #1

Teleport to the centremost resonance beacon in Norfall Barrens and head inside a room to find the Data Chip on a chair.

Data Chip #2

Teleport to the resonance beacon on the easternmost island and head upwards. Cross the bridge and find a van that has a Data Chip on its roof.

Data Chip #3

Teleport to the resonance beacon on the northernmost island. Cross some ruins and reach the edge of the island to find a dilapidated place. You can obtain a Data Chip which can be found on top of some still intact boxes.

Deliver the Data Chips to the Storyteller to obtain the following rewards:

Tiger's Maw

Data Chip #1

Teleport to the Tiger's Maw resonance beacon that is in the depths of the mine. Climb up to the second ledge to find a Data Chip hidden in the grass.

Data Chip #2

Teleport to the Tiger's Maw resonance beacon on the right side of the mine. Drop down till you find a big wooden log with a Data Chip nearby.

Data Chip #3

Teleport to the Distribution Center and climb out of it. Continue going forward till you find a destroyed pillar housing a Data Chip on top of its remains.

You can obtain the following rewards by delivering these Data Chips to the Storyteller:

Whining Aix's Mire

Data Chip #1

Teleport to the southern Fallen Grave resonance beacon. Climb up till you find a bunch of Fractsidus members. Defeat them and obtain the Data Chip sitting on a wooden box.

Data Chip #2

Go to the northern Fallen Grave resonance beacon to find another Fractsidus camp with a Data Chip on a wooden box.

Data Chip #3

Go to the resonance beacon near the Tacet Field in this region. Head right to find a large Fractsidus camp and the final Data Chip on top of a wooden crate.

For the final time, talk to the Storyteller to claim these rewards:
