Anesthesia in Escape from Tarkov: How to complete and rewards

Anesthesia is a crucial task in Escape from Tarkov that unlocks a plethora of quests required for the Kappa container. Players can acquire this task from Prapor after completing Shaking up the Teller, a beginner quest after they reach level 21. To complete this quest, players must load into Shoreline — one of the game’s largest maps— mark three trading posts and extract. While this may sound easy to complete, these trading posts are located in three populated hotspots, making it challenging.

The four objectives that need to be completed for Anesthesia in Escape from Tarkov are as follows:

• Locate and mark the first trading post on Shoreline with an MS2000 Marker
• Locate and mark the second trading post on Shoreline with an MS2000 Marker
• Locate and mark the third trading post on Shoreline with an MS2000 Marker
• Extract from Shoreline with “Survived” tag.

The first trading post is located on Pier, the southern part of the map near the seashore. Enter the Pier area, you will see a stretcher in front of the entrance of the office building. Place a marker on it and wait for 30 seconds to finish the first objective of this quest.

The second trading post’s location is situated in the Cottages area where Sanitar can spawn. When you reach this area, head towards Sanitar’s locked villa where you will see a wooden table with a wheelchair.

Place an MS2000 Maker on the table by interacting with it and wait for 30 seconds again to complete the second objective.

Lastly, the third trading post is located in the Health Resort. Go to the ambulance under the sky bridge that connects the two wings and you will see a stretcher. Mark the post with a marker and leave the area to extract and complete the task.

Keep in mind that you don’t need to mark all three trading posts in the same raid. Therefore, if you get eliminated while roaming around the map, any previously marked locations will remain completed.

Additionally, avoid the Weather Station area as The Goons can spawn there. Birdeye, one of the bosses of The Goons squad can easily pick you off since he usually uses a sniper.
