Better Ammo Awareness and Feedback

  • Critical Ammo state will now kick on when a player has 0 relevant ammo in their inventory.
  • On-screen Low Ammo indicators kick on earlier allowing players more opportunity to find the resource.
  • The indicator also now displays the icon of the ammo type.
  • Pinging for ammo will now display the ammo icon in the kill feed.
  • When emptying a weapon of all reserve ammo it will now automatically ping that the player needs ammo.

Enemy Health Bars

Players will be able to see the health bars of enemy players when damaging them. It will show both the shield and health point levels accurately to allow squads to make better decisions—to either push in or reset and prepare for another engagement. These health bars are only visible with a direct line of sight and fade away after a brief duration.

Enemy Highlight

All enemy players will now have a red outline when in direct line of sight in the ADS mode. This outline increases when enemies get closer and fades with distance. However, these are designed to level the battlefield for all players without providing the advantage to a percentage of the squads in a lobby.
