What can we expect from Apex Legends Season 23?

The latest season of Apex Legends will feature a brand-new Battle Pass for its first split. Players will be able to grind their way through 60 tiers of the pass, all of which will provide them access to unique collectible cosmetics, in-game currency, crafting materials, and much more.

Leaks from popular data miner, HYPERMYSTx, suggest that the upcoming Legendary reactive weapon for the Season 23 Battle Pass will be featured for the Mozambique shotgun. He has also hinted that the following characters will be seeing Legendary skins with the upcoming Battle Pass:

  • Caustic Legendary skin with paid battle pass variants
  • Ash Legendary skin with paid battle pass variants
  • Rampage Legendary skin

The debut of a new season also means that a new ranked split will go live. Players will have to play their way through ten placement games to determine their rank in the game. We believe a hard rank reset will be implemented for the new season.

Players can also expect a range of balance changes to be a part of the newest seasonal release in Apex Legends. Legend balancing, fine-tuning the meta weapons from Season 22, a fresh Legend, and gun-meta will be seen as well.

On top of this, there have been numerous leaks and official teasers that indicate that newer weapons are coming into play. Believed to be sourced from Titanfall's massive weapon arsenal, gamers are expecting a crossover between the two titles with Apex Legends Season 23.
