How to unlock
Both the Twitch drops for Apex Legends can be unlocked by watching 'Drop-enabled' Apex Legends streams on Twitch for the prescribed watch time durations. As per Twitch.tv's official rewards page, you have to watch the streams for the following watch times to unlock both rewards:
- Gibraltar Banner Frame: One hour of watch time on 'Drops-enabled' streams
- Alter Holospray: Two hours of watch time on 'Drops-enabled' streams
Players must note that, to claim these drops, and to successfully receive them in your in-game inventory, they must have their Twitch and EA accounts linked. Without authorizing the connection between both these parties, none of these, or any future Apex Legends Twitch drops can be availed.
How to link EA and Twitch
Connecting your EA and Twitch account is fairly straightforward. Here's a detailed guide to link both your accounts:
- Open Twitch.tv and log in. If you do not have an account, proceed to sign up.
- Go to your Twitch Profile. Head to the 'Connections' tab on your profile.
- Locate the prompt to connect your EA account with Twitch. Click on 'Connect'.
- Authorize the connection between both of your accounts by logging into your EA account through the Twitch prompt.
- Complete any due procedure.
Upon completing all these steps, your Twitch account will successfully get connected with your EA account, making you eligible to redeem all Apex Legends Twitch Drops.
