Level Infinite is reportedly set to roll out the much-anticipated Arena Breakout Season 5 update this month (July). Although the developer hasn't released a fixed date for the patch's release, we can expect it to arrive in a few weeks, as they have launched its sneak peek on the official website. Moreover, those who pre-register for the fresh patch will be rewarded with a new melee weapon and other items the new season will incorporate into the title.

Arena Breakout Season 5 update's sneak peek explored

1) Farm and Armory updates

Arena Breakout Season 5 will bring new bosses to Farm and Armory called Hecate and Ajax, respectively. Leading the Abyss Squad, Hecate has taken over the Motel, which is her command center. Ajax, on the other hand, oversees his command in Armory.

2) New weapon: M249 Light Machine Gun and RPD Light Machine Gun

A cold-air-operated LMG from the FA Corp, the M249 has high-capacity 50 and 100-round belt boxes. It can be equipped with a bipod and supports 5.45x39mm bullets. Owing to its colossal mag, its skillful use can make enemies think twice before getting into combat with you.

The RPD Light Machine Gun will be another weapon to be added to Arena Breakout's arsenal. It supports high-capacity 100-round belt disks, 7.62x39mm caliber, and can be equipped with a bipod.

3) New mode: Team Elimination

Arena Breakout Season 5 will bring four-versus-four round-based combat, wherein the top seven players will switch sides after four rounds. Note that each team elimination raid will take place on a random map.

You will be given a choice to pick a weapon from 11 loadouts, with which you are tasked to eliminate all enemies in a single round. Moreover, a squad of powerful bosses will appear after two minutes into the match, who can be defeated to win the round.

4) New map: Mine

A new map named Mine will be introduced in the upcoming update, which features various new vehicles. It's worth mentioning that this new map is five times larger than Northridge and has a rolling terrain high in the northeast and low in the southwest.

If you prefer long-range combat, this map will be an ideal place for you. As a cherry on top, all the resources are evenly spread all over the map, so finding supplies won't be difficult.

5) Season 5 update gifts

The Arena Breakout Season 5 will introduce a new Sapper Shovel melee weapon, which you can get by completing the update's pre-registration. Along with the melee, you will win a Universal Key and coins.
