The Astro Bot Bathhouse Battle level can be found in the Serpent Starway. In this stage, the Astro Bot will receive its sponge-like water-soaking ability. Throughout the level, players have to cleverly use the ability to soak water and use it in certain places to defeat enemies and open the path.

Location: Starting Area

As soon as you begin the level, you'll find yourself in an open space before reaching the large water slide. Look for a rock tied to the first Bathhouse Battle Bot. The rock is situated prominently in the center of the area, and you can’t miss the Bot once you spot the rock.

Bathhouse Battle Bot #2
Location: Left of Ink-Spitting Enemy
Proceed through the stage until you encounter an ink-spitting enemy that blocks your path. To the left of this enemy, there’s a section where ink has covered parts of the environment. Wash away the ink to reveal a hidden area containing the second Bathhouse Battle Bot. The Bot will be visible as soon as the ink is cleared.
Bathhouse Battle Bot #3
Location: Bamboo Area
Continue through the stage until you reach an area with a small pond with a yellow duck toy. It is surrounded by bamboo. Smash through the bamboo to uncover a hidden bamboo pipe. Fill this pipe with water to create a bridge that leads to a secret area. In this secret area, you’ll find the third Bathhouse Battle Bot.

Bathhouse Battle Bot #4
Location: Near the Second Puzzle Piece
After collecting the second Puzzle Piece, look for a green bamboo sprout on the opposite side of the area. When you spray water on this sprout, a structure will rise from the ground. Climb to the top of this structure to find the fourth Bathhouse Battle Bot.
Bathhouse Battle Bot #5
Location: Straight right after climbing the Sponges in Astro Bot Bathhouse Battle
After climbing the sponges to leave the area, head straight instead of going left to the Warp Portal. Once here, go right. You will need to jump on some pipes and you will reach the fifth Bathhouse Battle Bot clinging to a ledge. It’s positioned on a lower platform, so be sure to check carefully.
Bathhouse Battle Bot #6
Location: Near Flaming Platform
In the area where you encounter wooden boxes filled with sponges, look to the right for a platform with some flaming enemies. Extinguish the flames with water to find this bot behind the platform.
Bathhouse Battle Bot #7
Location: Secret Area Under Flaming Dog Circle in Astro Bot Bathhouse Battle
After using the sponges to reach the next section, find a large red circle on the ground with a flaming face design. Absorb some water and stand on this circle to fall through a hidden trapdoor into a secret area. Clear the obstacles with water to uncover a cameo Bot resembling Kutaro from Puppeteer.
Puzzle Piece Locations in Astro Bot Bathhouse Battle level
Bathhouse Puzzle Piece #1
Location: Ring of Saplings
Shortly after acquiring the sponge power-up, you will come across a ring of small saplings to your right. Spray them with water, which will cause them to grow into vibrant pink bushes. You need to water all twelve saplings in the ring. Once done, a Puzzle Piece will materialize in the center of the ring.
Bathhouse Puzzle Piece #2
Location: Japanese Mural
In the next area, you’ll encounter an enemy spitting ink onto a Japanese-style mural. Defeat this enemy and then clear away the ink to reveal the mural underneath. The second Puzzle Piece will be unveiled as you clean the mural.
Bathhouse Puzzle Piece #3
Location: Pile of Sponges Near Battle Bot #6
Near the area where you find Battle Bot #6, there will be piles of sponges scattered around. The third Puzzle Piece is located on top of one of these sponge piles. Climb to the top of the pile to collect it.

Bathhouse Battle Portal in Astro Bot Bathhouse Battle
Location: Near the Big Red Tori Gate
After climbing the sponges near the bamboo sprout where you found Battle Bot #4, instead of moving forward, turn left towards the large red tori gate. Here, you’ll find a cherry blossom tree with a chimney emitting flames. Extinguish the chimney’s flames by spraying water, which will reveal a hidden entrance inside the chimney. Enter this hidden space to find the Bathhouse Battle warp portal, guarded by a screw enemy.
