The Astro Bot Bubbling Under level has a total of seven bots and three puzzle pieces that you will come across as you traverse through the stage. Do note that this level doesn't feature any Lost Galaxy Warp gates.

Now, let's take a look at all the bot and puzzle piece locations in the Astro Bot Bubbling Under level.
Bot 1
After you get the Penguin power-up, keep following the arrow till you come across a large open area. You will find the bot stuck on one of the volcanoes.
Achievement: Jumping through the hoops
To your left, you will find a set of dolphins jumping through hoops. You can do the same and earn a trophy.
Puzzle Piece 1
Head to the tower with a bubble (can be seen emitting a pink/ bluish glow) and defeat the enemy in the room. Use your spin attack to remove the sand and you will get the puzzle piece.
Bot 2
Get out and go to where the big bot is chained. You will find this bot directly underneath it.
Puzzle Piece 2
Turn around to find a small temple-like structure with a giant chain attached to it. You will find the puzzle piece inside the bubble.
Bot 3
Look to your right to find a structure emitting a blue glow from which a current will be flowing. Use the penguin to go in and grab the bot.
Bot 4
Go to the surface and you will notice this bot waiting on a raft. A UFO will snatch it, so you will need to go underwater to give it a chase. Use the penguin when you are near the UFO to grab the bot.
Bot 5
This bot is located near one of the three chains. Head to the surface to find a tower to which a chain is attached. Climb it up, defeat the enemies, and use the pink pig to break the chains. You can rescue the bot by defeating the enemy.

Bot 6
Dive deep and you will find the sixth bot trying to open a chest on a patch of rock near the bow of the sunken ship.
Puzzle Piece 3
Go to the right of the ship to find a small circle with three sea anemones. Hit each of them to reveal the final puzzle piece of Astro Bot Bubbling Under level.
Bot 7
From here look to your left to find the face of a gigantic sea creature. Approach it and it will gobble you up. The final bot in the Astro Bot Bubbling Under level is located at the end of the area, which you must reach by avoiding the rolling sea urchins.
