Details

Baby Dragon in Clash Royale shoots small projectiles from its mouth to deal damage to its foes. The projectiles deal area damage, which can efficiently defeat any swarms. Additionally, its movement speed is Fast, with a deploying speed of one second.

Stats

Being an Epic card, Baby Dragon in Clash Royale is unlocked at level 6, with the following stats:

Damage per second	66
Attack Speed	1.5 seconds
Splash Radius	1.2 tiles
Attack Range	3.5 tiles

The hitpoints, area damage, damage, and damage per second stats will increase by 10% with each level up. Additionally, the highest level of Baby Dragon is 15.

Strategies for Baby Dragon in Clash Royale

Due to its low attack stat, Baby Dragon can't defeat most troops in one-on-one battles. However, it can defeat swarms in one or two hits, making it a good support unit. Baby Dragon should be placed behind tanks so it can provide cover against low-hitpoint troops, thanks to its area damage.

Additionally, Baby Dragon can also serve as a tank for swarms like Skeletons, Goblins, Archers, etc. It can also be used for shielding the balloon in certain situations.

The troop can also serve as a key component of Splashyard decks. Players that use these decks can deploy the Graveyard Spell on the opponent's king tower. Afterward, deploy a tank on the bridge that can defeat swarms that the opponent may use to counter the Graveyard skeletons.

In defense, Baby Dragon can be deployed to defeat swarms, to deal extra damage while enemy troop is distracted, or as a mini tank to absorb damage. It cannot serve as the main defender against most moderate to high hitpoint troops like Knight, Mini PEKKA, the Balloon, etc.

In terms of team composition, Baby Dragon can be used with Graveyard, PEKKA (or other tanks), Balloon, and the Tornado spell. Tornado can group up enemy units and Baby Dragon's splash damage attacks can damage the entire group.
