Skydance Interactive's next VR project, Behemoth, is the company behind The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, one of the greatest and most popular VR games. Behemoth was unveiled in October at Meta Connect 2022. It was backed by a cinematic trailer during the Game Awards 2022, which doesn't show any gameplay video but offers some early peeks of the gameplay and the brutal universe.

Skydance Interactive's forthcoming VR experience Behemoth. Behemoth is described on the Skydance website as a "story-heavy VR action RPG and survival game." Also premiering are some of the most severe and seasoned adventure VR games, such as The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners and Archangel: Hellfire. The creative head of the studio said that the future title would be better than the past ones.
He stated, “From Archangel to The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, we’ve learned a lot over the years about the unique challenges and strengths of VR.” He further states that the game will give enthusiasts of the genre a “deep, all-encompassing experience.”
What is Behemoth about?
In Behemoth, players journey across a wasteland once a mighty empire. The populace is insane in the story-driven game, and the cities have fallen. You play as a sick traveller stranded in the dilapidated state of the Forsaken Lands, where danger lurks. It's no surprise that the frozen status of the country contains unfathomable hazards.
Not to mention the environmental threats culminating in a brutal trek that tests your strength and wits. Your main goal is to scale the metropolis and find the cure for the awful sickness that is ailing it and driving its citizens insane.
Behemoth Gameplay
The furious action RPG game incorporates virtual reality mechanics to challenge your survival abilities. The game emphasises that power alone will not get you through; you must also put on your thinking cap, maybe over your helmet. Make the environment your ally and utilise it to your advantage. You may use it to scale the massive behemoths or overpower your opponents by gripping them, giving you an assault edge.
How is the combat system in Behemoth?
The game also has melee fighting that goes above and beyond what we are used to. It would be beneficial if you considered before attacking your adversary. In this situation, attacking your opponent's weak place is preferable to randomly striking their armour. Behemoth immerses you in warfare, rethinking how crusaders must fight for existence.

Development of Behemoth
Skysance Interactive announced the game’s development during Meta’s annual Connect conference. The creative director revealed that the match culminates a decade’s work. Moreover, the studio and publisher has showcased a successful streak with its previous VR games with The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, gaining nominations for PC Game of the Year at the Golden Joystick Awards and the Best VR/AR Game at The Game Awards.
