The term 'Belobog' can sound familiar to many players who are starting out Zenless Zone Zero. Anyone who is a fan of HoYoverse's previous title, Honkai Star Rail, will be able to catch the word and possibly note down a few theories of themselves. Where one "Belobog" is a full-fledged city in the middle of an icy planet, the other is an industrial faction that represents four playable characters.

Uncovering Belobog Heavy Industries in Zenless Zone Zero

1) Links with Honkai Star Rail

The "Belobog Heavy Industries" in Zenless Zone Zero has no links or connection with the Belobog city in Honkai Star Rail. In an interview with Pocket Tactics, producer Zhenyu Li confirmed that the name "Belobog" in ZZZ is purely a coincidence, and by no means bears any connection with the city in Honkai Star Rail's Jarilo-VI.

It should be further noted that developers have made one thing clear; they do not want to link Zenless Zone Zero with any other HoYoverse titles at this time.

2) Characters

Players get introduced to four characters associated with the Belobog Heavy Industries faction, who are as follows alongside their roles:

• Koleda Belobog: A small girl who is the leader
• Grace Howard: Chief mechanic obsessed with robots
• Ben: Financial advisor
• Anton Ivanov: Project manager for on-site construction

All these characters have great Ether Aptitudes, allowing all of them to perform basic tasks inside the Hollows.

3) History

Belobog Heavy Industries, like many other factions, specializes in Hollow investigations. However, what makes this bunch special is they utilize AI on robots to ease the fight against the most challenging Ether enemies inside Hollows.

Outside of combat, Belobog Heavy Industries is the leading company that manages the construction of New Eridu.

The former president of Belobog Heavy Industries was named Khors Belobog, who was the father of the current leader, Koleda Belobog. The reason Koleda is president now is because her father was involved in an embezzlement scandal, where he disappeared right in front of his daughter.

Due to this, Koleda has tremendous hatred for her father and promises to take care of the company herself.

Grace Howard, the chief mechanic of the group, is kind of a step-sister to Koleda Belobog, as Khors Belobog raised both Koleda and Grace after the latter's parents disappeared in the Hollow.

Anton, the project manager, has been in the faction for the longest, and he worked under Khors Belobog back when he was the manager.
