Best attack strategies involving Balloons for Town Hall 13 in Clash of Clans
1) Queen Charge Electro Dragloon
The Queen Charge Electro Dragloon strategies require the following army composition:
- Electro Dragons x8
- Balloons x12
- Barbarian King paired (Equipped with Earthquake Boots and Vampstache)
- Archer Queen paired (Equipped with Giant Arrow and Healer Puppet)
- Minion Prince (Equipped with Henchmen Puppet and Dark Orb)
- Grand Warden (Equipped with Eternal Tome and Life Gem)
- Spell: Overgrowth x1, Freeze x3, Lightning x6
- Siege Machine: Stone Slammer
- Clan Castle Troops: Balloon, Ice Hound, Freeze Spell x2
The most important step in this strategy is to create a decent funnel before deploying the army on the battlefield. For this, use your Barbarian King and Archer Queen. Furthermore, deploy the Queen at a spot where her target defense aligns with at least two Air Defenses. Once she reaches such a spot, trigger her ability.
After this, deploy the King in the opposite corner to the Archer Queen. Trigger his ability once he reaches a compartment. Then, deploy all the Electro Dragons, Grand Warden, and Minion Prince between the two Heroes. Back your army up by using the Spells. Wait for the procession to break into the base before deploying Balloons and Siege Machine.

2) Queen Charge LavaLoon
The Queen Charge LavaLoon attack strategy for TH 13 in Clash of Clans requires the following units:
- 21 Balloon
- 1 Wizard
- 5 Healers
- 2 Dragons
- 9 Minions
- 2 LAva Hound
- Blimp
- 1 Head Hunter
- 2 Rage Spells
- 1 Freeze
- 3 Haste
- Barbarian King (Spiky Ball and Giant Gauntlet)
- Archer Queen (Invisible vial and Frozen Arrow)
- Grand Warden (Eternal Tome and Healing Tome)
- Royal Champion (Seeking Shield and Royal Gem)
Before using this startegy, first take a look at the placements of the enemy Clan Castle, Eagle Artillery, Town Hall, and Air Defenses.
When starting the attack, place the Archer Queen and Baby Dragons as close to Clan Castle and Air Defense as possible. This will allow the Archer Queen to get rid of Air Defense for a later Lavaloon attack. The Archer Queen will be under heavy fire, so use Rage Spell and Healers for support.
On the other side, use Barbarian King with Super Wall Breakers to destroy another Air Defense. Afterward, use Lava Hound followed by Balloons, Grand Warden, and Stone Slammer to get rid of defenses.
Similarly, utilize the Champion with Lavahound and Balloons. Use Haste, Rage, and Freeze spells on splash attack or multi-target defenses. Finally, drop the minions to clean out the remaining base.

- 12 Balloons

- 1 Rage
- 2 Clones
- Barbarian King (Rage Vile and Giant Gauntlet)
- Archer Queen (Healer Puppet and Giant Arrow)

- Royal Champion (Default Gear)
In this strategy, you should first use the Archer Queen's ability to snipe off one or two air defenses. Deploy the Healers to support her. Then, use the Barbarian King to attack and create another funnel. Drop the Balloons, Blimp, Grand Warden, and Dragons to infiltrate through the funnels.
Use Lightning to get rid of the Air Sweeper when necessary. The Champion can go ahead and clear out any remaining defenses.
