The best characters to use the weapon, Blazing Brilliance in Wuthering Waves

There are a total of five Resonators in the game who can use swords, and only a handful of them can properly yield the Blazing Brilliance weapon. Below you can find a list of all of them who can use the weapon properly to its full extent.

Changli

The Blazing Brilliance sword is catered to Changli and she is at the top of the list of the best characters who can properly use this weapon. Changli can properly utilize the passive of the weapon and given she relies on her Resonance Skill, she can easily take full advantage of the weapon.

Danjin

Danjin is the second-best character who can take advantage of the new 5-star Sword easily. She is undoubtedly one of the strongest 4-stars in Wuthering Waves and has a kit that can deal massive damage. Her skill also has no cooldown, leading her to gain the required stacks for proccing the weapon passive quickly.

However, keep in mind that she is a glass cannon unit, and can die easily due to her Resonance skill also consuming her HP.

Rover

Rover is another viable choice and is one of the best characters at the moment to wield the Blazing Brilliance sword. Both of their forms, whether it is Spectro or Havoc can proc the weapon's passive.

However, it will take a while for them to get to max stack due to higher cool down in their Resonance Skill. While they cannot use the weapon to its full potential, it acts as a great stat stick given you don't have access to the other sword among the 5-star weapons in Wuthering Waves, Emerald of Genesis.

Sanhua

Similar to Rover, Sanhua can use the weapon, Blazing Brilliance in Wuthering Waves, but won't be able to use it to its maximum capacity. Her Resonance skill has a very high cooldown, leading to her not being able to trigger the weapon passive quickly. Nonetheless, it still works as a great stat stick for her.

• Passive Skill (Rank 1): ATK increased by 12%. The equipper gains one stack of Searing Feather upon dealing damage, which can be triggered once every 0.5 seconds, and gains five stacks of the same effect upon casting Resonance Skill. Each stack of Searing Feather gives 4% additional Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for up to 14 stacks. All stacks will be removed within ten seconds after reaching the max stack.

The weapon is up for grabs as of July 22, 2024, and its banner will be available for the next 24 days. You can spend Forging tides to obtain the weapon.
