Characters to use for Genshin Impact Imaginarium Theater in October 2024
Since only Pyro, Electro and Geo characters can be used for this season of Genshin Impact's Imaginarium Theater, you need to have at least a few properly built units of these Elemental types. This is especially applicable if you're planning on challenging Imaginarium Theater in Hard or Visionary mode.
The following characters are best suited for use in combat for this new season of Imaginarium Theater.
1) Arlecchino (Main DPS)
Arlecchino is one of the strongest Pyro characters in Genshin Impact, making her the perfect choice for this season of Imaginarium Theater.
Since the team compositions in Imaginarium Theater are random, you cannot always pick characters who synergize with each other. However, Arlecchino is so flexible that she can be used in basically any team composition and still be extremely useful.
That said, you can use her in Overload team compositions for this season of Imaginarium Theater. Choosing Overload Brilliant Blessings will also help in maximizing her damage output.
2) Navia (Main DPS)
Navia's DPS capabilities in Genshin Impact are nothing short of amazing, with many players being of the opinion that she is currently the hardest-hitting Geo character in the game. With Geo being one of the featured elements for this season of Imaginarium Theater, adding Navia to your team lineup is a wise decision.
The Legatus Golem is one of the enemies for this season, and Navia can bring down its shield very quickly with both her Elemental Skill and her Elemental Burst, thus opening a window for your other DPS characters to attack and defeat it.
3) Zhongli (Support)
Zhongli is another Geo character who can perform very well in this season of Genshin Impact's Imaginarium Theater. Not only is his shield very useful against enemies who hit hard, but he is yet another character who can destroy the Legatus Golem's shield extremely quickly.
Another noteworthy enemy for this season is the Veteran Arithmetic Enhancer Mek, who also has a Geo shield that Zhongli can easily take down. Additionally, Zhongli's Elemental Burst can petrify enemies, giving your DPS characters a few extra seconds to attack opponents with all they have.
4) Raiden Shogun (Main DPS/Sub-DPS)
Raiden Shogun is a very useful addition to the lineup for this season of Genshin Impact's Imaginarium Theater, where Overload team compositions are in focus. Her Elemental Skill can constantly trigger overload when used in conjunction with a Pyro character.
Raiden Shogun's Elemental Burst is a big nuke and can be very helpful in finishing off the enemy when you have only a few seconds left on the clock.
5) Bennett (Healer/Support)
This season of Imaginarium Theater has some tanky enemies who hit for a lot. However, this is not a problem for Bennett as he can generate the Pyro aura with his Elemental Burst.
Teaming Bennett up with on-field Pyro DPS characters, such as Yae Miko or Clorinde, will not only buff their damage but also help trigger Overload reactions.
6) Xiangling (Sub-DPS)
Xiangling is one of the best characters to use for this season of Imaginarium Theater, not just because of her top-tier damage capabilities but also due to her flexibility.
With Pyro and Electro characters getting the spotlight this season, Xiangling can easily fit into multiple team compositions. This means that even if you get stuck with a team you don't particularly like, adding Xiangling to it is guaranteed to help as long as you have literally any other Electro character in the team.
When paired with Electro characters such as Yae Miko, Fischl or Raiden Shogun, both Xiangling's Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst can constantly trigger Overload. If you have enhanced your Overload Electro Brilliant Blessings, this will help you clear the floor quickly and efficiently.
7) Kuki Shinobu (Support)
Kuki Shinobu is one of the best support characters that can be used to trigger Overload reactions in Genshin Impact. Her frequent Electro application makes her a top choice in Overload teams (as long as she is decently built).
Kuki Shinobu can be a good character to use especially in the first few Acts of Imaginarium Theater, where you don't have too many character choices but still need a working team to clear the floor.
8) Yae Miko (Main DPS/Sub-DPS)
Depending on how you have built your Yae Miko, you can use her either as a Main DPS or Sub-DPS for this season of Imaginarium Theater. Her Elemental Skill is very useful for applying Electro to enemies and dishing out steady Electro DMG.
If you are playing Imaginarium Theater in Visionary Mode, you will have to face the Algorithm of Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network enemy in Act 10. Using Electro units like Yae Miko, who can deal Electro DMG and destroy the boss' invisible state, will be very helpful in defeating this enemy fast.
9) Lyney (Main DPS)
If you own Lyney, consider adding him to your Imaginarium Theater character lineup in Genshin Impact. Lyney is a Pyro character who has decent damage output, and you can comfortably use him in the first few Acts.
Pairing him with Electro characters such as Yae Miko or Fischl, who can deal off-field Electro DMG, can help trigger constant Overload reactions.
10) Clorinde (Main DPS)
Clorinde's utility in this season of Imaginarium Theater is super high. She is one of the fastest-attacking Electro characters, making her a great choice for use in chambers with multiple enemy waves or in the chamber where you have to defend the Monolith.
If you can team Clorinde up with an Anemo CC character like Venti or Sucrose (and if the enemies can be grouped, of course), she can make short work of multiple enemies very quickly.
