Best characters for Peak Patrol Song in Genshin Impact

Peak Patrol Song is a new 5-star Sword in Genshin Impact and will be featured on the weapon banner during the first half of version 5.1. Peak Patrol Song gives a lot of DEF from both its second stat and passive after the wielder hits an enemy with a Normal or Plunging Attack.
