The Undying Flame is one of the many 4-star weapons in Wuthering Waves that can be accessed from the gacha system. Before discussing the Resonators who can use the pistol, let’s delve into its official stats and passives at level 90:

• Base ATK: 412
• Secondary stat: 30.3% ATK
• Passive: When the wearer launches their Intro Skill, the pistol increases their Resonance Skill DMG Bonus by 20% for 15 seconds.

The Undying Flame is equipped with a high base attack that helps with the overall damage scaling of the Resonators. The secondary provides additional ATK% to the wielder to compensate for the lack of CRIT stats.
