The 4-3-3 Holding formation looks to be the best for Barcelona Femini. Ewa Pajor leads the attack as central Striker with Claudia Pina and Caroline Graham Hansen flanking her on the wings.
The midfield trio consists of Alexia Putellas and Aitana Bonmati, two of the highest-rated players in EA FC 25, as Central Midfielders and Patri Guijarro as the Center Defensive Midfielder. Fridolina Rolfo, Mapi Leon, Irene Paredes, and Ona Batlle form the back four, with Cata Coll as the Goalkeeper.
EA FC 25 Barcelona Femini: Best custom tactics
Select the Balanced Build-Up Style and High Defensive Approach. This, in combination with the assigned Player Roles, will allow the team to be a threat from the wings and have space between the lines.
As for roles, assign Pajor Advanced Forward+ with Complete Focus, Pina Wide Playmaker+ with Attack Focus on the left wing, and Hansen Inside Forward++ with Balanced Focus on the right wing.
In the midfield, go for Putellas in the Playmaker++ role with Focus set to Roaming, Bonmati in a Box-to-Box role with Balanced Focus, and Guijarro as Deep-Lying Playmaker+ with Defend Focus.
Rolfo and Batlle, both, play Wingback with Balanced Focus. Leon and Paredes as Center Backs have their Focus set to Defend and have been assigned the Ball-Playing Defender++ and Defender Player Roles, respectively. Finally, Coll plays Sweeper Keeper+ with Balanced Focus.
