Germany has a well-balanced roster in EA FC 25
The addition of Player Roles as part of the new FC IQ system has revolutionized tactics on the virtual pitch. Germany has a wealth of talent in all positions, so it comes as no surprise that they are effective in EA FC 25 as well. Their best performers possess the right Player Roles in their respective positions.
The 4231 wide formation is best suited for their lineup, as it allows fans to use their most meta players. Kai Havertz will play as the lone striker in the attack, with Florian Wirtz being the left midfielder and Bayern Munich's Jamal Musiala and Leroy Sane being the central attacking midfielder and right midfielder, respectively. Emre Can and Joshua Kimmich will be the central defensive midfielders.
In defense, Raum and Henrichs will be the left-back and right-back respectively, with Jonathan Tah and Real Madrid's Antonio Rudiger being the two centre-backs. Both of these CBs have received massive upgrades in EA FC 25. Following Neuer's international retirement, ter Stegen will be the goalkeeper for Germany.
What are the best tactics for this formation?
Getting players to play in their preferred roles is the key to performing well in EA FC 25, and the Germany squad is no different. Kai Havertz will play as the Advanced Forward+, with Leroy Sane as the Inside Forward+ and Florian Wirtz being the Wide Playmaker+. Jamal Musiala will provide support to Havertz as the Shadow Striker++, a role where he truly excels.
In the midfield, Joshua Kimmich will play as the Deep Lying Playmaker+, and Emre Can will play as the Holding+ midfielder. This is the perfect balance for an otherwise attacking lineup. Both Raum and Henrichs will play in the Wingback+ role, providing width and assistance in both offense and defense. Tah and Rudiger will play in the Defender++ role for this Germany squad.
