Lombardia FC's best starting 11 and formation aren't too different from its default setup which you will see in the first section. However, the assigned FC IQ Player Roles that we will focus on later are what help this EA FC 25 team perform at its best level.

The 3-1-4-2 formation should work really well with Inter Milan (or Lombardia FC in the game). The back three provide defensive solidity and there is ample width in the midfield with two strikers up front to cause problems for opposing defenders.

Select the Counter Build-Up Style and use the Balanced Defensive Approach. The front two have good speed and shooting skills to lead effective counter-attacks and should benefit further from the creativity in the midfield.

Set Lautaro Martinez's Focus to Build-Up and assign him the False 9++ role. His partner in attack, Marcus Thuram, should be given Balanced Focus with the Target Forward Player Role.

The extreme Left and Right Midfielders should have Balanced Focus as well, with their Player Roles set to Inside Forward and Wide Midfielder, respectively. Mkhitaryan plays Deep-Lying Playmaker with his Focus set to Defend. On the other hand, Calhanoglu takes on the role of Playmaker with Focus set to Roaming. The CDM, Barella, plays Holding+ with Focus as Defend.
