Firstly both the Build-up Style and Defensive Approach should be set to Balanced. This will allow players to focus on their assigned role rather than an aggressive and defensive approach. While a defensive approach might create fewer chances than usual, an aggressive approach might create a void in the midfield and opponents might dominate the area.

Starting with our Spanish star Alvaro Morata, with his focus set on Build-up in the False 9 role.
