Signing the very best talent is crucial for ensuring success in EA FC 25 Manager Career Mode. The usual way to go about it is getting top established stars with high ratings. However, those in this mode for the long haul should also look to sign wonderkids. Such young players have a rather low Overall rating at present, but exhibit great potential, meaning their ratings can improve throughout some Career Mode seasons.

Best EA FC 25 wonderkids squad for Manager Career Mode

The squad will be laid out in the 4-3-3(4) formation. It features the usual front-three attacking and back-four defensive setups. The variation lies in the midfield where there is no center defensive midfielder (CDM) with the two center midfielders (CM), but a center attacking midfielder (CAM) instead.

Endrick will lead the attack as the main striker with Lamine Yamal and Savinho flanking him on the right and left wings, respectively. Arda Guller plays CAM in the midfield with Warren Zaire-Emery and Gavi forming the CM pair. In defense, Alejandro Balde plays left back, Rico Lewis plays right back, and Antonio Silva forms the centre-back pair with Pau Cubarsi. The current Overall rating of most of these players isn't very impressive, so playing with them can prove challenging, especially against top clubs. Having said that, they can improve significantly over multiple seasons in Career Mode with constant game time, eventually hitting their maximum potential rating.

Additionally, as mentioned earlier, the maximum age limit for the chosen players was 20 years. However, if you're not too strict about that, then players like Jude Bellingham (90 current Overall, 94 potential), Florian Wirtz (88 current Overall, 92 potential), and Jamal Musiala (87 current Overall, 93 potential) can also be great options for an EA FC 25 Manager Career Mode wonderkids squad. They all are only 21 years old as of this writing.

Finally, note that getting some of these players, such as Lamine Yamal and Gavi, can prove to be a costly affair since they are already pretty important at their default clubs. Hence, you might not be able to get them all in a single Career Mode transfer window.
