Below is the recommended skill combo for the best Heino build in Honor of Kings:

Leap of Fate (Skill 2) > Scepter of Fate (Skill 1) > Fate Rewind (Ultimate) > Leap of Fate (Skill 2) > Scepter of Fate (Skill 1)

While using Leap of Fate, Heino dashes forward and enters ranged mode if there are no enemy heroes nearby. He enters the melee when enemy heroes are present. The ranged mode boosts his movement speed by 15 for two seconds. If the skill switches Heino from melee to ranged mode, his movement speed buff and its duration will be doubled.

In melee mode, Heino’s physical and magical defense gets buffed, and he recovers 450 Health while increasing his max Health by 450. If the skill switches Heino from range to melee mode he recovers double Health.

Scepter of Fate skill deals damage to enemies and can crowd-control. Using it reduces his cooldown by 0.2 seconds (up to 1 second) for each marked enemy hit. In ranged mode, he inflicts 400 (+60% magical attack) magical damage and throws one extra scepter at all marked enemies in front of him. The extra scepter deals damage equal to 75% of 400.

In melee mode, he inflicts 250 magical damage in his path and slows them by 30% for two seconds. Heino also recovers 150 (+5% extra Health) Health for each target the skill hits.

Using Fate Rewind, this Honor of Kings Hero leaves a memory behind while changing to ranged mode. He creates a field that buffs his damage reduction and recovers Health. While in the field, he becomes immune to crowd-control effects, but immovable.

After a 1.5-second delay, the field deals magical damage and he returns to the memory he left behind while changing to ranged mode. If an allied tower is within the field, the tower returns to the state it was five seconds earlier.
