For an optimal IQ loadout in Rainbow Six Siege, players can select the 552 Commando as their primary weapon. It offers a decent fire rate, 43 damage per bullet, a 30+1 round magazine, and new player-friendly recoil both in terms of vertical and horizontal feedback.

The Commando comes with low destructive power but is capable of taking down defenders quickly thanks to its low TTK and laser-like accuracy. A majority of the player base picked the 552 Commando as the best weapon for IQ thanks to its good stats and lethal performance.

The second most favored weapon in an IQ loadout in Rainbow Six Siege is the G8A1. During the LMG meta days, the G8A1 used to be the top choice for all IQ players. Although it has since been nerfed, the gun is still capable of delivering immense firepower to an entry fragger with a three-speed kit.

The G8 offers a high fire rate at a respectable 37 damage per bullet, features a 50+1 round magazine, and has minimal recoil for being a light-machine gun. With medium destructive capabilities and enough power to suppress defenders for a long time, the G8 is a dominating weapon, whose only drawback is the -10% movement speed modifier that comes with every weapon of the light-machine gun category.

Lastly, the third and final weapon in an IQ loadout in Rainbow Six Siege is the AUG A2, which had its time in the spotlight several years ago, but now suffers as a primary pick thanks to the nerfs it received over the years. Interestingly, the gun was never directly targeted to be toned down on its own. Instead, it was Wamai's oppressive nature that made the devs bring the gun in line with other defensive weapons.

The AUG A2 is still a capable weapon that suffers largely due to its high visual recoil and gun feedback. Nevertheless, it has a decent fire rate, 42 damage per bullet, and can even take down three-armor defenders with low a TTK. This weapon can be best utilized in CQB scenarios where its hard-hitting nature and slightly higher fire rate can shine.

She can also be played primarily as a counter for Vigil and Pulse. This is because her gadget can spot these defenders whenever they use their primary gadgets. Furthermore, defenders on their phones accessing cameras or disabling a Dokkaebi call can also be spotted with IQ's Electronics Detector.

However, in the case of a post-plant scenario, any defender that does try to disable the defuser can be spotted using the Electronics Detector and killed through soft floors or walls.
