Best items to get in Wuthering Waves 1.2 shop reset

As mentioned previously, the in-game shop has reset in the latest Wuthering Waves 1.2 update, allowing players to purchase several resources. For convenience, the below sections will list the best items to get from the Afterglow Coral and Oscillated Coral shops.

Afterglow Coral shop

Afterglow Coral is an in-game currency given out alongside 4-star and 5-star summons. These can be used to buy various types of Tides, Wavebands for certain characters, or Premium Tuners. However, it isn't recommended you spend them without proper consideration as they are quite scarce in the game, especially for F2P players.

Here are the best items to purchase from the Afterglow Coral shop in Wuthering Waves:

• Radiant Tides: Can be used to Convene for limited-time 5-star Resonators and cost 8 Afterglow Corals each.
• Forging Tides: Can be used to Convene for limited-time 5-star weapons and cost 8 Afterglow Corals each.
• Zhezhi or Xiangli Yao's Wavebands: Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao will be the featured 5-star characters for the 1.2 update. Since getting duplicated of them can be quite costly, purchasing their Wavebands from the shop for 360 Afterglow Corals is a good deal.
• Verina, Encore, or Calcharo's Wavebands: Verina, Encore, and Calcharo are the best standard 5-star characters in the game. As such, buying their Wavebands for 270 Afterglow Corals can be a good investment.
• Mortefi's Wavebands: Mortefi is one of the best 4-star Resonators and is currently featured in the shop during v1.2. Players can use this opportunity to obtain his Wavebands for 55 Afterglow Corals.

Unlike the above-mentioned currency, Oscillated Corals are given out alongside 3-star summons. They can be spent to buy Tides, Character/Weapons/Echo level-up materials, Character and Weapon ascension materials, and more.

Let's look at the best items to get from the Oscillated Coral shop in Wuthering Waves:

• Radiant Tides: Can be used to Convene for limited-time 5-star Resonators and a maximum of seven can be purchased for 70 Oscillated Corals each.
• Forging Tides: Can be used to Convene for limited-time 5-star weapons and a maximum of seven can be purchased for 70 Oscillated Corals each.
• Lustrous Tides: Can be used to Convene for standard 5-star items and a maximum of seven can be purchased for 70 Oscillated Corals each.

Aside from the Tides, it isn't recommended to spend this currency on anything else in the shop as everything else can be farmed within the game.
