Genshin Impact: Best Kinich Constellations

When it comes to Kinich, his best constellations are C2, C1, and C6. Here is an overview of his top constellations, followed by the rest based on how valuable they can be to his overall damage output.

1) Constellation 2: Tiger Beetle's Palm

When Kinich's Elemental Skill hits an opponent, it will decrease their Dendro RES by 30% for 6s. Additionally, the first Scalespiker Cannon Kinich fires after entering Nightsoul's Blessing has increased AoE, and its DMG increases by 100%.

His second constellation is by far one of his best. Based on Kinich's kit, the majority of his damage comes from his Elemental Skill. His C2 decreases the Dendro Resistance of enemies by 30% for 6 seconds when his Elemental Skill hits them.

Apart from that, this constellation further increases his first Scalespiker Cannon's AoE and its damage by 100%. All these buffs combined are enough to one-shot almost any overworld boss in Genshin Impact.

2) Constellation 1: Parrot's Beak

After Kinich lands from Canopy Hunter: Riding High's mid-air swing, his Movement SPD will increase by 30% for 6s. Additionally, Scalespiker Cannon's CRIT DMG is increased by 100%.

Kinich's first constellation increases his movement speed by 30% for 6 seconds when he casts his Elemental Skill. This higher movement speed helps him to move around the enemy rapidly and reach their blind spot region faster, earning him more Nightsoul Points so that he can use his Scalespiker Cannon more frequently. This constellation also increases his Scalespiker Cannons Crit DMG by 100%.

3) Constellation 6: Auspicious Beasts Shape

After Scalespiker Cannon hits an opponent, it will bounce between opponents once, dealing 700% of Kinich's ATK as Dendro DMG. If this Scalespiker Cannon triggers the buffs that Passive Talent "Flame Spirit Pact" or the Constellation "Tiger Beetle's Palm" grant to the Cannon, the bouncing attack will also obtain the relevant buffs.

As with every exclusive 5-star character's C6, Kinich's sixth constellation makes him an insanely strong main DPS unit. It basically has the Scalespiker Cannon bounce between enemies, hitting them for a second time dealing 700% of Kinich's attack as Dendro damage. This works with single-target enemies or bosses as well.

Moreover, if the buffs from Kinich's C2 or his Passive Talent "Flame Spirit Pact" are triggered from his Scalespiker Cannon, this bouncing attack will also have those same buffs when hitting enemies. This constellation amplifies his Elemental Skill damage significantly, allowing him to easily one-cycle most enemies and level 100 bosses in Genshin Impact.

4) Constellation 3: Protosuchian's Claw

Increases the Level of Canopy Hunter: Riding High by 3.

Kinich's C3 will increase his Elemental Skill by three more levels. This constellation can come in handy since his main source of damage comes from his Elemental Skill.

When in Nightsoul's Blessing, Kinich will restore 5 Energy after using his Loop Shots or after unleashing the Scalespiker Cannon. Energy can be regenerated this way once every 2.8s. Additionally, Hail to the Almighty Dragonlord deals 70% more DMG.

Kinich's fourth constellation increases his Elemental Burst's DMG by 70% while also giving him 5 more energy whenever he uses his normal attacks in his Elemental Skill state or fires his Scalespiker Cannon. This regeneration can occur once every 2.8 seconds.

Though this constellation provides a decent buff to his Elemental Burst, it may not be the best value for him considering the majority of Kinich's damage comes from his Elemental Skill.

6) Constellation 5: Howler Monkey's Tail

Increases the Level of Hail to the Almighty Dragonlord by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Kinich's fifth constellation increases his Elemental Burst by three more levels. It further amplifies the Elemental Burst's damage after acquiring his C4.
