To play Maverick in Rainbow Six Siege effectively, players need to have in-depth knowledge of maps, especially the layouts of the objective site. At the start of the round, utilize your drone to position it wherever needed for you to survey defender presence close to your entry point. If your breaching point is inside the map, this drone will be your primary tool for gathering intel.

If your breaching point is outside the map, place your drone according to your team's needs so that it can provide intel on roamers. Communication with your team is important even if you are approaching a breaching point solo. This is because your secondary gadgets will be utilized in tandem with the attacker's approach toward the objective during a round.
