Since the combat in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom functions quite differently from previous titles, you might struggle during the game's initial hours. Therefore, crafting a few bottles of this beginner-friendly smoothie can be a lifesaver during initial exploration and challenging encounters.

The Refreshing Smoothie can be prepared by combining two Refreshing Grapes and can restore five Hearts. Refreshing Grapes are available quite easily by breaking pots, cutting grass, or defeating enemies in the overworld.

The choice of this Smoothie boils down to two things: healing more Hearts in major battles and having ample energy to use Zelda’s Swordfighter form. The Salted Milky Smoothie is an efficient recipe as it restores 10 Hearts upon consumption while completely filling up Zelda’s energy bar.

The Salted Milky Smoothie can be crafted using Rock Salt and Fresh Milk, both of which can be easily obtained from chests, certain side quests, and by killing monsters across Hyrule.

3) Golden Tough Smoothie

Golden Touch Smoothie is a late-game recipe that restores 20 Hearts and grants Zelda a five-minute defense boost. Given the scarcity of defense-boosting accessories in Echoes of Wisdom, this smoothie becomes a valuable asset.

However, acquiring the necessary ingredients can be difficult early in the game. You'll need a Golden Egg and a Tough Mango. Tough Mango is comparatively easy to obtain, but Golden Eggs are rare and can only be found by completing side quests and exploring dungeons.

So, if you're struggling to find a Golden Egg, try combining Tough Mango with other ingredients to make a different defense-boosting Smoothie.

4) Milky Rapid Smoothie

There are many water-based dungeons and puzzles in The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom, making a swimming speed boost Smoothie quite a valuable item in your inventory. The Smoothie is crafted using Riverhorse and Fresh Milk and provides a swimming speed boost for one minute while healing up to ten Hearts.

The most frequent use of this recipe will come up in the Jabul Water area of Hyrule. The area is filled with multiple water-based puzzles, exploration, and combat that can be difficult without any swimming enhancements.

Automatons are a major part of combat in The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom, but winding them up every few seconds can get really annoying in the heat of combat. This recipe makes the process slightly more manageable.

The Salted Twisty Smoothie grants a winding speed bonus for three minutes and restores full energy to Zelda, allowing you to go full offensive with Automatons and her Swordfighter form.

You can make this Smoothie by combining Rock Salt with Twisted Pumpkin. Alternatively, if you don’t have Rock Salt, use a Monster Fang with Twisted Pumpkin to craft a Twisty Potion that only grants a winding speed bonus.
