The Healer in Clash of Clans is a flying unit that can heal friendly troops. She is unlocked at Townhall Level 6 and can be trained at Level 6 Barracks. The Healer does no damage as her purpose is to heal her allies. She only heals ground troops and ignores air-bourne troops. Additionally, if during a raid all attacking units die and only Healers remain, the raid will be finished.

Following are some of the best tips for using the Healer in Clash of Clans:

1. The Healer is a low-health troop, meaning she will easily perish if attacked by air defense. Moreover, she doesn't attack and cannot defend herself. So, to utilize her in a raid, make sure to either destroy or distract enemy buildings.
2. Healers are crucial for attacking strategies called Hero Walk or Hero Charge. A Hero Walk is deploying multiple Healers, preferably 4 to 6, to support a Hero, while it does most of the damage. The most used Hero Walk Strategy is the Queen Walk.
3. The healer doesn't heal any individual ground troop that takes less than 3 housing space in the Army Camp. She will heal a minimum of two barbarians or other troops that take less than 3 housing space.
4. The Healer locks onto a hero and continues to heal it until either of the two perishes. For instance, if the Healer locks on to a Barbarian King, she will continue to heal it King until it is knocked out or the Healer runs out of health.
5. The Healer in Clash of Clans can activate air traps while following allies. So, use units like Balloons or Dragons to check for traps. A single shot from Seeking Air Mines can get rid of The Healer.
6. Rage spell has good synergy with the healer. The spell can increase The Healer's healing and provide a speed boost to other troops.
7. The Healer is an air troop, so she cannot heal herself or other healers and can only be healed with a healing spell.
