Tips for using Inferno Tower in Clash of Clans
Here are some of the tips to use when using Inferno Towers in Clash of Clans:
- A single-target Inferno Tower can deal massive damage to tanks like Golem, Dragon, Giant, etc. However, it is weak against numerous small troops with low health. To make up for this, place a splash damage, such as Wizard Tower or Bomb Tower, building around the Inferno Tower.
- Multi-target Inferno Towers can take care of swarms with low health. Placing these towers close to walls will protect them from wall breakers. Similarly, if the towers are positioned close to gold and elixir storages, it will help ward off goblins.
- If a player has two Inferno Towers, it is advised to have one in each mode. The single-target one can get rid of tanks, while the multitarget one can get rid of swarms.
- If you decide to use a combination of towers, such as single-target Inferno and multi-target Inferno or single-target Inferno with Wizard Tower, make sure to space them properly. If they are too close, spells like Freeze can counter them pretty easily.
- Having all towers on single-target mode is not advised. This is because they are vulnerable if the enemy troops are high in number. However, running all towers in multi-target mode is viable if they are defended properly.
- If you have only one Inferno Tower in Clash of Clans, run it on multi-target mode as getting rid of smaller swarms is a huge advantage.
