She can assist her team by breaching open soft walls, hatches, and destroying defender gadgets with her explosive shells. Her concussion shells can be beneficial in clearing out rooms and angles for the entire attacking side.

In case a defender gets caught by the concussion shell, they will experience a dizzying visual effect on their screen, which can make it hard for them to deal with attackers. This makes Zofia a strong support Operator who can assist her team with breaching and roam-clear abilities.
