Vic Game Studios has recently released a new Black Clover Mobile Academy Rill character on June 13, 2024, in the game's Global Server. An SSR character who belongs to the support class, Rill is a member of the Aqua Deer squad. Skill 1: Color Ball

ATK: 85%
MATK: 85%

Color Ball skill allows the character to throw several paint colors at enemies and deal lethal damage. Also, the ability lets Academy Rill grant a defender ally mage a 15% Increased Mobility buff.

The following attributes of the character will be enhanced upon leveling it up:

At level 2: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
At level 3: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
At level 4: Skill ATK +5%, Skill MATK +5%
At level 5: Increased Mobility +5%

Skill 2: Composition Adjustment

Composition Adjustment grants the character the ability to buff all allies, granting them an 8% Reduced DMG taken buff for two turns. Upon leveling up the character, his DMG taken will be reduced by 3% at each level.

Special skill: Surging Inspiration

This special skill lets Black Clover Mobile Academy Rill grant a buff to an ally, delivering a 40% Increased Mobility buff. Note that leveling up the character raises this Increased Mobility by 15% at each level.

Combined attack

The Combined attack puts a buff to an ally, granting the partnered mage a 5% Increased Mobility buff. Upon leveling up Academy Rill, this Increased Mobility will rise by 5% at each level.

Passive ability

LR+2: At the beginning of a turn, it grants the character an SP+1.
LR+5: At the beginning of a turn, it grants the character an SP+1. Moreover, when inflicted with a hit, it further delivers a 20% Increased Mobility buff.
