In this skin, Barley undergoes a transformation to resemble the deadly pirate from the Golden Age of Piracy, Buccaneer. He wears a large dark green overcoat, which is complemented by a red scarf on his head and a large pointed mustache on his face.

Furthermore, Barley carries a bottle of deadly liquid in his right hand, while his left hand is replaced with a pirate hook. He also wears a pair of brown boots and full-length pants to cover his legs.

Barley possesses impressive animations when he is equipped with this skin. For his main attack, Barley throws a bottle towards his opponents in a 2D projectile motion. Upon impact, the bottle creates a small poisonous area that continuously damages enemy Brawlers caught within it for a few seconds.

Similarly, when he uses his Super, Barley throws five poisonous bottles simultaneously to create a larger poisonous area, harming multiple Brawlers at once.

Barley's result animations are also updated with this skin. When he emerges victorious, he throws the bottle in the air before catching it with his left hand and posing with it. While the bottle is in the air, he imitates the drinking pose with an empty hand.

Meanwhile, when he loses the match, Barley crawls to the ground and rests himself on the bottle with a look of disappointment on his face.
