In this skin, Ruffs wears a pirate hat and an overcoat to distinguish himself as a pirate. The bone figure on his hat, coupled with the cross-designed left eye patch and a pistol further enhances his menacing look. Ruffs also wears a pair of black boots, light grey pants, and a blue belt with a paw design on its buckle.

Apart from intricate design, this skin also introduces innovative animations for the Brawler. When Ruffs uses his main attack, two air projectiles travel in straight parallel lines to attack opponents. This shot can also rebound and shoot them. Similarly, when he uses his Super, a blue-colored scroll is thrown, which blasts upon impact, dealing up to 2000 damage.

Furthermore, Ruffs' winning and losing animations also get an overhaul in this skin. When he achieves victory, he checks the compass on his left hand before firing five rounds from his pistol, which he then revolves on his hand to strike a pose. In contrast, he expresses his disappointment by lowering his head in a standing position for a few seconds whenever he loses a match.
