Last time, we heard Bungie’s popular creation Destiny had got a “Hot-fix” before the launch of the awaited Dark Below DLC expansion. Hence, players were suggested to download this update before trying their hand at the games DLC (for more details click here).
It was a sad spectacle when all this prior preparation did not help in overcoming any downloading issues, Bungie has now addressed this bug that was causing problems for Destiny players after downloading The Dark Below expansion.

As confirmed by IGN, Community Manager for Bungie Dee J has confirmed that they have a fix for all the existing issues, he also added a request "Please check your console messages for instructions.”
If you’re still encountering obstacles, please know that we are still working on sending messages and resolving issues. "Another issue addressed by Bungie in the post, some Xbox One players have found themselves needing to re-download a patch each time they boot up Destiny. Those affected have been advised to use a wired connection whilst patching, clear their cache, and then uninstall and reinstall the game.
The Dark Below was one of the most awaited DLC of 2014 and these issues certainly serve as an hindrance in providing a smooth gaming experience and is a disappointment for all those who were eagerly waiting for the expansion . Hence, we hope that the fix for these issues will arrive soon
