Tips for Cage Match in Clash Royale
- Use the time before the event to get a feel for the challenge and newly released Evolved Goblin. There is no cap on losses so take advantage of it.
- Make sure you have a win condition in the drafted deck. A win condition in Clash Royale is a card that can deal reliable tower damage. Hog Rider, Goblin Barrel, and Graveyard are all examples of win conditions. Also, try to include support cards, splash damage cards, and spells in your deck.
- Ensure your deck isn't too expensive. Try to keep the average elixir cost under or around 4. Expensive decks can also work, but they might make you vulnerable at times.
- Don't always go for Evolved Goblin Cage, even though it is featured in the event. It is a strong card but can be countered with Lighting, Magic Archer, Dart Goblins, etc. So, if you have enough counters for the Evolved Cage, give it to the opponent.
- Keep an eye on the troops the opponent gets, and try to collect counters. Also, try to make their deck too expensive or make it lack any win conditions.
