Gameplay
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare features both single-player and multiplayer modes. The single player is the classic campaign which takes you through the classic COD dose of realistic and tactically-based storyline.
There are a number of moral choices which players have to take instantaneously, for instance there is a part where a civilian woman appears to be reaching for a gun, but actually just grabs her baby from a crib. The course of the game depends on the choices the player makes in the game. The game features it's fair share of sniping opportunities and night-vision goggling.
As far as the multiplayer it has all the elements to be a good tactical gameplay. It has map exploration, door breaching, and a "Realism" mode that removes the HUD. Although the mini-map was originally replaced by compass-style marker but it was reinstated after the multiplayer beta test. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is going to be the first game in the series since 2013's Call of Duty: Ghosts which will not feature a Zombies mode. However it does have a cooperative "Special Ops" mode which was last seen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
Gaming Platforms

COD: Modern Warfare Updates
The most recent COD: Modern Warfare Update brought a lot of new changes and some old nostalgia. The biggest of which is that the last seen map which was last seen in the 2011 COD: Modern Warfare 3, Hardhat, has been added and is playable under Modern Warfare's 24/7 multiplayer playlist.
The map is very close quartered which allows a lot of face-to-face combat as well as gives some sniping room to the players. The update has also introduced the new Aisle 9 map apart from some new guns which have been added to the Gulag. The helicopter which was initially removed due to a glitch has been reintroduced.
