How to get Cinnabar Spindle in Genshin Impact?
Cinnabar Spindle was available during the “Shadows Amidst Snowstorms” event in version 2.3 by making the first Puffy Snowman. Its refinement material “Alkahest” was purchasable from the Event Shop using event currency.This is currently the only method known to obtain this weapon, and it is unknown if it will make another appearance after the event has finished.

Appearance
Each weapon has two forms, one when it is initially summoned and another once it has reached a certain level of ascension. Once this occurs, the weapon will undergo a change in its design. Cinnabar Spindle has a mixture of gold, silver, and black coloration as well as some purple. Its handle is black with purple hearts along its black grip while the blade’s edges are silver with a black stripe running along its center.

The gemstone located in the center glows a bright golden color. The handle of the blade changes dramatically and the purple streak running along the sword grows in size and width.

Cinnabar Spindle is about as narrowly focused as a weapon can get. For just about every character on the roster, it is a generally suboptimal weapon due to its low base ATK, %DEF substat, and passive that focuses exclusively on scaling Elemental Skill damage off of your total DEF. However, in the hands of Albedo there is truly nothing that compares, as the weapons weaknesses become irrelevant in his hands and synergize perfectly with his already high baseline of DEF.
