The Clash of Dragons Legendary Scenery will be available for purchase starting September 11, 2024, and comes with a price tag of $32.99 USD (before taxes).
At nearly five times the cost of regular sceneries, this Legendary Scenery is a premium addition meant for players seeking an exceptional cosmetic experience.
What makes the Clash of Dragons Legendary?
The Clash of Dragons Legendary Scenery in Clash of Clans is different from its regular counterparts. The most immediate difference is the transition animation that plays every time players select Clash of Dragons. This aesthetic touch is complemented with custom sound effects to highlight the premium feel of this new content.
Another feature that sets Legendary Sceneries apart is the animated selection icon. Whenever players open the Scenery selection window and tap on Clash of Dragons, they will witness a Baby Dragon flying over the top of the palace, followed by a shine in the castle.
However, the size of the Scenery is what truly stands out. Supercell said Legendary Sceneries are at least six times larger than regular ones, but upon closer inspection, Clash of Dragons is even more impressive. In fact, it's nearly 22 times the size of the biggest regular scenery, with the scale spanning the equivalent of four-and-a-half football fields wide and five tall.
Clash of Dragons is so large that players need to zoom in significantly to interact with their village. Only then can they collect resources or manage buildings in their Clash of Clans village.
Interactive elements of the Clash of Clans' first Legendary Scenery
One of the most exciting aspects of this Clash of Clans Scenery is the interactive elements associated with the game's heroes. Each hero has a dedicated spot on the map with a unique animation.
For instance, the Archer Queen stands atop a tower in the top left, while the Royal Champion guards the palace entrance, donning her armor in an epic cutscene. The Grand Warden battles a Super Dragon with a Baby Dragon's help on the right side, while the Barbarian King dominates the bottom-left corner in a fierce fight against an Eagle Artillery.
Another distinction is the presence of customized structures. While previous Sceneries like Clash Games Stadium included custom Boats, Airships, and Forges, Clash of Dragons introduces custom Super Troop Saunas and Trader tents for the first time. The environment itself is filled with life, from Goblins launching Mortars to Dragons soaring across the skies.
In addition to the four primary environments, the Palace, Mines, Desert Outpost, and Village, there are a few fun hidden details scattered throughout this Legendary Scenery. Players can find goblins in peril, tumbling down waterfalls, and even spot bananas hidden in key areas like the Gold Mine and towers.
