Sane Trilogy, followed by the adrenaline-fueled success of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled and the groundbreaking adventure of Crash Bandicoot 4. Now, developer Toys for Bob has unleashed Crash Team Rumble upon the gaming landscape once more with them announcing the exhilarating 4v4 multiplayer experience at the game awards.

With the closed beta already over, it has unveiled a captivating blend of competitive collecting and the irresistible charm that defines the Crash Bandicoot franchise, as Toys for Bob ventures into uncharted territory with innovative gameplay.

What is Crash Team Rumble about?

Crash Team Rumble presents itself as an engaging online multiplayer strategic platformer, featuring a competitive four-versus-four format. Within this immersive gaming experience, players are granted the opportunity to control a diverse selection of beloved Crash Bandicoot characters. The primary objective revolves around capturing a greater quantity of Wumpa Fruit than the opposing team in order to secure victory.

In addition to skillfully depositing their own supply of Wumpa Fruit at a designated drop-off zone, participants must diligently safeguard their adversaries' drop-off zone to impede the depositing of their opponents' provisions. Each character possesses a distinctive set of skills and abilities, equipping players with the necessary tools to engage in intense battles against the rival team.

The initial trailer tantalizes fans with a glimpse of eight playable characters, adeptly providing a taste of the forthcoming 4v4 gameplay experience, complete with the enticing feature of cross-platform play.

Their objective is to collect and deposit the most Wumpa fruit into their respective banks, while simultaneously preventing the opposing team from achieving the same. Players have the freedom to choose their beloved heroes and villains, including Coco, Dingodile, and Crash himself.

Engaging in battles across vibrant maps, each character possesses unique skills and abilities that aid in match control, Wumpa acquisition, and safeguarding their team's bank.
