Crysis: The unbeatable FPS game series ever?

With 4 parts already, Crytek has introduced a new form of gaming to the world. The Crysis series by Crytek has been one of the must play games for any gamer.

The breathtaking graphics and stunning gameplay is what a gamer looks for in any game and Crytek offers them both. With the introduction of CryEngine 3, Crytek managed to link the external surroundings to the in-game surroundings. Real-time volumetric cloud shadows and pixel accurate displacement mapping are two of the many features added to it’s latest release Crysis 3. The game also offers 3rd generation real-time global illuminations and also dynamic water volume caustics.

Multiplayer also adds up to Crysis’s credits. Crytek has offered a solid multiplayer gameplay to it’s FPS gamers. The game is also a contender to surpass Call of Duty as the most played online FPS game.

EA’s Battlefield series has also been played the most among FPS gamers but this game cannot match with Crytek’s Crysis. The graphics is still out of reach for Battlefield and also the prediction of the nano-suit by Crytek has been perfect in every manner. The addition of hunter mod for Crysis 3 just made the game better.

Being the best sold game for almost all of it’s series, the Crysis series still remains the best FPS game to be played. Will this creation of Crytek ever be beaten? Only time will tell.
