Visit the Arasaka Tower fast travel location at Corpo Plaza in the heart of the city.
Once you see the 25/7 store, turn right and ascend each flight of stairs.
Jump over the hedge and traverse the memorial's glass roof to the opposite side.
Three monks should be meditating to your right.

Rebecca's Shotgun 'Guts' Weapon Features in Cyberpunk 2077
The weapon’s in-game description reads “Originally belonged to Rebecca from David Martinez’s crew. It’ll wreak bloody havoc, though it can be a little unpredictable. Much like its original owner”. That perfectly suits the gun as it is rather loud, unpredictable and has a lot of recoil which means that it’s not a weapon that can be fired in quick succession.

Guts is essentially a more iconic version of the Budget Arms Carnage, which is a Power Shotgun with incredible close-range damage-dealing capabilities. Guts doesn't alter that but it does offer an add-on via the fact that it has the ability to change the damage type to Chemical, giving the user the chance to hit with poison and cause damage.
