Deadlock Jungle Camps are locations on the map where you can find neutral creeps. The creeps either attack you upon entering or once you engage them by shooting. Their Jungle Camps are scattered across the map and indicated by small Green triangles on the map.
You can approach these locations as indicated in the maps and defeat the creeps while staying away from the Lane Creeps. You will get hit back with damage from the Neutral Creeps but once they're eliminated, you'll have your fair share of extra souls. However, different tiers of Creeps present you with varied difficulties
Deadlock Jungle Camps: Tiers and spawn time
Deadlock Jungle Camps follow a similar spawn trajectory as the regular Lane Creeps. There are three different tiers and accordingly, with different spawn times. Here is how different tiers spawn in the match:
- Tier 1: Easiest to kill, denoted by a Green triangle on the map, and spawn 2 minutes into the match. They provide about 45 Souls usually and have 6 Tier 1 camps across the map.
- Tier 2: These are a bit more difficult to deal with as compared to the Tier 1 Deadlock Jungle Camps. They are denoted by a Green triangle with a single line underneath them on the map. They spawn 7 minutes into the match, providing about 90 Souls. Finally, there are 25 such camps scattered across the map.
- Tier 3: Finally, the toughest tier of Jungle Camps. These are bound to give you a very hard time. They can be spotted by looking at the Green triangles with two lines underneath them, they also spawn 7 minutes into the game and provide about 240 Souls upon being defeated. Furthermore, there are only 8 such camps all over the map.
The last tier of Jungle Camps are some of the most difficult to deal with in the game and are bound to take a large chunk of your health. Dealing with them effectively is the key to victory.
How to farm souls from Jungle Camps efficiently
To farm souls from Deadlock Jungle Camps effectively, it is necessary that you start fresh and get to them as soon as you spawn. Here are a few tips to follow as you try to do your best against them:
- Commence from the start: Try reach the Jungle Camp when you have just freshly spawned. This means you have a full health bar and can perform effectively against them. Try the Tier 1 or Tier 2 camps first before moving on to actually fighting your opponents and achieving objectives.
- Use upgrades: Always use your souls to purchase upgrades before jumping into battle with the Jungle Camps
- Separate them from the objective: Your in-game objective is to take down the Patron. Destroying Jungle Camps won't achieve that; however, it can give you all the souls you need to get stronger. Try to ensure you also help your team and instead of spending all the time taking down camps.
- Hero selection: Pick from your most comfortable Deadlock heroes in order to win the fights.
These are some of the ways you can deal with the Deadlock Jungle Camps during your game. Try to make the most of it and ensure you take fights that you can win to save time and help your team or you'll be facing countless respawns against Jungle Camps.
